Monique Choudhuri MA,

Inclusive Leadership Specialist and MD

Monique has over 25 years' experience in leadership consultancy, inclusion practice and also has an extensive board portfolio. With a proven track record in delivering consultancy that has a positive and sustained impact on boards and employees, she consistently addresses inclusive leadership, cultural and performance needs within organisations, as well as partnering with senior executives to produce the most beneficial leadership strategy for their organisations. Monique has a deep interest in how leadership practices influence increasingly diverse workforces. Today's leader needs to understand the importance of how leadership impacts people's motivations and a feeling of being included, so that employees feel that they belong and become aligned with their organisation's business strategy.

Louisa Joseph

EDI and Inclusion Consultant

Louisa enjoyed a career in a large corporate organisation for 17 years, starting in operations management and subsequently pursuing a rewarding career in a variety of HR roles, including Talent management. Louisa follows her passion for working with businesses to develop Black, Asian and ethnically diverse talent so they can progress into leadership roles; building confident, focused high performing, and diverse teams, which in turn impact organisational culture.

Louisa also works with organisations on developing inclusive leadership and specifically developed a Race at Work dialogue workshop based on David Bohm’s work. This uses the process of dialogue to enable a free-flowing exchange of thoughts, ideas and points of view. 



Marcus Gayle - Consultant

Marcus played professional football for 18 years at Premier League, Championship and League 1 levels, along with International caps for Jamaica. He has also coached and developed players and teams after he hung up his boots. He is a tutor with Kick it Out delivering educational equality inspired and life skills sessions to Premier League through to the Football league academy players, staff, and parents. He was appointed club ambassador to Brentford FC in 2020 and works tirelessly to mitigate and tackle racism, discrimination, and inequality. He is also an Ambassador for KickOff@3, which is a collaborative set up by passionate individuals who wish to engage young people using sport, music, and other imaginative ideas to spread awareness promoting health and well-being.

Chris Gibbons - Consultant

Chris Gibbons is Director of Inside Inclusion and has over 15 years' experience developing and delivering inclusion and anti-discrimination strategies across a range of industries in the private, public and voluntary sectors in the UK. From boardrooms to classrooms, he helps organisations put diversity and inclusion at the heart of everything they do. Chris is well-versed in exploring diversity, inclusion and discrimination in complex and diverse social, geographical and business cultures. Chris works with Boards of Trustees and senior leaderships teams, as well as wider workforces, customers and clients. His strengths lie primarily in helping businesses to gain an understanding of the benefits of inclusion, ensure leadership buy-in, and develop practical strategies, informed by data and other identified business priorities - for which everyone can feel a sense of ownership and responsibility.

Sasi Panchal - Consultant

Sasi is a leadership coach who is passionate at developing sustainable leadership behaviours in others. She specialises in working with teams and organisations to develop greater diversity, inclusion and belonging, through evidence-based interventions such as psychological safety assessments, brain-based behaviour change techniques, mentoring and training. She holds an MA in Leadership from Henley Business School and is part the external executive education faculty, teaching the coaching and mentoring skills module to senior leaders on the MA. She trained as a leadership coach, team facilitator and practitioner in applied neuroscience. She is passionate when it comes to supporting organisations to unlock innovation creativity and performance held within their greatest and most valuable assets: leaders, teams, and projects.

Sarah Thompson - Consultant

Sarah’s breadth of experience and her warm and intuitive personality are a weighty combination in helping your business to succeed. Her work includes supporting your leaders to develop practical skills, which focus on business results and objectives, creating a stimulating workplace and minimising the stress of change. Having spent over 20 years in the service/hospitality sector Sarah have acquired a wealth of experience in the management and development of people. Working overseas for many of these years has given her a unique insight into a wide range of different cultures, management practices and methods of learning. Sarah is a licensed psychometric profiler in Emotional Intelligence and coaches leaders and managers regularly.

Dr. Donna de Haan - Consultant

Dr Donna de Haan is an Associate Professor, consultant, founder of The Diversity Doctor and expert in diversity and inclusion. She brings theoretical underpinning and practical application to her work, to help organisations understand the value of creating cultures where everyone can thrive. Using her unique skills, she is able to dive deep into the cultural layers and break the barriers that prevent individuals and organisations from truly thriving. She’s also a great storyteller and educator, her trainings and workshops are always a huge hit as she brings to life topics relating to diversity and inclusion in an incredibly relatable way.

Catharine Brooks - Consultant

Catharine has a wide range of expertise, having worked across Europe in the manufacturing, service and finance sectors of industry. Catharine has gained experience from working with leading global organisations, ranging from airlines to corporate banks. She is passionate about connecting with, and leveraging the very best from, the individuals she works with. Holding leaders gently accountable for their behaviours, actions and results, she helps drive both personal and organisational change. She encourages leaders to be their best and ignite passion, purpose and engagement within their teams.
